cable companies began pilot testing video services that could change the way people watch television
1970
In the early 1970s, the FCC continued its restrictive policies by enacting regulations.
1992
wireless cable and the emerging direct satellite broadcast (DBS) business on the rise.
TODAY
Today, cable provides video entertainment, Internet connectivity, and digital telephone service to millions of consumers
